Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes — Stripe securely stores your card details during the trial but you will not be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before that and you will never pay a penny.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically moves to the paid plan at the monthly rate shown above. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends so you can cancel if you want to.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings inside the dashboard and your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. No penalties or lock-in.
What is the difference between Driver and Pro Driver?
Pro Driver includes everything in the Driver plan plus team account access, a featured marketplace listing badge, LinkedIn automation, priority support and a monthly strategy call with the MatchNX team.
How does the prospect database work?
